About the Stingrays

The Greensburg YMCA’s competitive swim program participates in a Western PA YMCA Swim League, National YMCA sponsored Championship Meets and YMCA Invitational Meets.  Also as a member of USS Swimming, Greensburg participates in AMS meets and Aqua Club Invitational Meets.  GYST finished the 2007-08 winter competition with another winning record.  GYST were the WPYSL Division 1 Champs!  The GYST girls placed first at the 2007 West PA YMCA District Championships and the boys team placed eighth in the team scoring.  This was a meet of 37 YMCA’s!  At the PA YMCA meet, the Stingrays had many top 12 finishes and 1 State Champion!
